Curious Pig at 117 South 5th Street, Crystal Falls, Michigan.

Great little surprise. Needed a lunch break and this popped up. Outstanding pork loin sandwich and warm potato salad. Although not in my diet, the pecan pie was also a great treat. I will definitely return.

The Curious Pig is a great spot here in Crystal Falls, MI. My wife and I stopped in at dinner time on a Saturday, and they were packed (usually a good sign). The smell wafting over from the smoker greeted us at the door. We were seated upstairs, they have a nice atmosphere with this renovated building. Their menu includes everything you would look for in a BBQ joint, minus a cold beer. I highly recommend the pulled chicken and BBQ ribs. Their signature potato salad was a great side, and I was able to sample a variety of sauces with my chicken. Memphis Style, House Recipe, and Strawberry. Surprisingly, I couldn't possibly pick a favorite. Good place for dinner! Take out is available as well, and I understand they will be offering outdoor seating in fair weather. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
